What is AMC ( Annual Maintenance Contract) 

           AMC described the Annual Maintenance Contract or Annual Maintenance charge. AMC is a mutual contract among service providers and customers for a certain time being of period. In most scenarios it will be a contract around one or two years. To deliver the service support for products mostly the electronic products like CCTV, fire alarm, Intruder alarm biometrics and attendance system etc.., The customer  service support for AMC includes periodic inspection of the system/product, pinpoint the faults, replacing the damage parts, replacing the damage products, servicing the product when required etc., 

Types of Annual Maintenance contracts: 

Annual maintenance contracts are classified into two different types.  

1. Comprehensive AMC 

           In Comprehensive AMC, if any fault, breakdown or problem is inspected in the system this has to be repaired by the service provider or contractor . In addition to that if it requires replacing any product or supplement, spare parts of the related  product, the cost has to be carried out by the service provider. It is subject to the pre-agreement terms for that particular period. Any extra cost involved in the service including the replacement of the product and spare parts will be taken care of by the service provider. The price for the same will be quoted or carried accordingly during the contract tenure period.  

2. Non-Comprehensive AMC 

          In Non-Comprehensive AMC, the service provider will take responsibility for the service of the system or product  but when it is needed to replace any system and spare part,  the customer has to bear or carry  the cost for the same. This price quoted or mentioned  in Non-Comprehensive AMC will be only for the service support for a particular time period . Any cost involved to repair or service the system will be charged by the customer side. 

 AMC for CCTV Camera: 

          There’s a lot more things when it comes to the AMC for CCTV. CCTV basically comes with the products such as Camera, DVR, NVR, Hard Disk, Monitor, connectors and Cables . At any given time period , we should make sure all these products are working fine or not to make sure the system is recording the incidents. Now for a CCTV AMC contract  the AMC Service Provider should routinely inspect all the products mentioned above. AMC Provider has to report the same thing  to the customer. If there is any problem or fault identified in any of the CCTV products the amc provider has to take required actions to identify the fault. It also includes taking care of the backup of the recording and helping the customer to inspect and check  the footage when needed . Even in AMC for CCTV cameras there are different types of service there.

• Comprehensive AMC for CCTV camera surveillance System:

          As mentioned above this includes providing the service support for all the CCTV products. Service providers should make sure that the CCTV surveillance system is working fine or not for  all the time. At the  time of replacing any faulty or defective  product or spare part, the service provider has to bear or need to carry the cost for the agreed time duration. Service providers  will charge the price considering the following aspects 

• Age of the system

• Condition of the cameras and equipment

• Brand of the system

• Ease of availability of the spares.

• Non-Comprehensive AMC for CCTV camera surveillance System:

          As mentioned above this includes providing the service support for all the CCTV products. Service providers should make sure that the CCTV surveillance system is working fine or not  all the time. At the time of replacing any faulty or defective  product or spare part, the customer has to bear or carry  the cost for the agreed time duration.

          ONFOCUS is offering technical support team services through its AMC (Annual maintenance contract). Which offer to the clients with an overview of serving  their  actual cause of installing CCTV CAMERA as above overview following are the services we are offering  to our clients.

Regular Visit: 

          Monthly One visit will be done by our certified technician . In this visit we will clean the lenses (Camera), Checking Cable/Wire, Format DVR /Burning Data in any External device which should be provided by the client. 

Attending Terms and condition :

           Service call will be attended within 5 working hours within Bangalore outer Bangalore city within 12 working hours, Outside Bangalore city per visit traveling charges extra on AMC charges. 

Note: First two (2) visits are free under AMC per month, after second visits per visit are chargeable. (Office hours: 9am to 6:30pm Monday to Sunday)
